If you have been targeted by the law enforcement authorities, you can contact me, no matter what crime you are accused of.
I will defend you without prejudice and based on the conviction that everyone deserves a fair trial.
For best results, contact me early and do not provide any information to the police or other law enforcement agencies. In the event of a house search or if you learn that an arrest warrant has been issued against you, please contact me immediately by calling my emergency number: +49 160 91 440 317.
During the first consultation you can describe the allegation and I will check whether immediate action is required. If you decide to mandate me, I will inspect the files and a defense strategy based on a jointly defined defense goal will be developed during the second personal meeting.
The fee depends largely on the individual case. Discounts are possible if you are facing a severe financial hardship.
I advise and represent in all questions regarding residence and asylum law.
If you would like to work, study or open your own business in Germany, I will take care of the entire application process for you, including communication with the immigration authorities. I will accompany you to your appointments and translate for you if you speak English.
If you have come to Germany as a refugee and are seeking asylum, I will prepare you for your interview at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees and accompany you there. If you have already received a negative decision, I will represent you in the legal proceedings. Within asylum law, I focus in particular on the representation of LGBTQ+ refugees.
I will also advise you if you would like to apply for another humanitarian residence title or obtain a residence title for vocational training.

About
I am a lawyer specializing in criminal and immigration law. Together with the colleagues Attorney Matija Vorih, Attorney Daniel Weber and Attorney Hans Kölfen, who are all experts for immigration law, I established a law office in Berlin-Wedding.
Before that, I worked for leading international law firms and was trained by excellent lawyers.
