Criminal Defense
If you have been targeted by the law enforcement authorities, you can contact me, no matter what crime you are accused of. I will defend you based on the conviction that everyone deserves a fair trial.
As a defense attorney, I am bound to confidentiality and exclusively committed solely to your interests.
To achieve the best possible results, contact me at an early stage and do not make any statements to law enforcement authorities. In the event of a house search or if you have been arrested,
please contact me immediately at my emergency number: +49 160 91 440 317.
In the first personal consultation, you can describe the allegation, and I will examine whether immediate measures are required. If you decide to mandate me, I will inspect the case files, and within the framework of the second personal consultation, a defense strategy will be developed on the basis of a defense objective jointly determined.
I represent clients in particular in proceedings involving the following allegations:
-
Drug or narcotics trafficking or possession
-
Fraud, money laundering, theft, and robbery
-
Political proceedings (e.g. in the context of demonstrations, resistance against law enforcement officers, breach of the public peace, criminal damage to property)
-
Homicide and assault offenses
-
Illegal entry and residence / human smuggling
-
Sexual offenses
However, you may also contact me regarding allegations under other criminal laws. In addition, I also represent victims of:
-
Racist or homophobic violence
-
Violence by police officers
In suitable cases, I am also willing to represent you as court-appointed defense counsel.
If you would like to work, study, or start your own business in Germany, my office takes over the entire application process, including all communication with the immigration office or German embassy.
I can accompany you to your appointments and translate for you if you speak English. I also advise and represent you in applying for a permanent residence permit or naturalization.
In migration and residence law, I specialise in the following areas in particular:
-
Visa procedures at the competent German embassy for vocational training, studies, skilled workers, and family reunification
-
Actions before the Berlin Administrative Court (Verwaltungsgericht Berlin) in cases of negative decisions by the German embassy or the Berlin immigration authority, the State Office for Immigration (LEA)
-
Residence permit for (academic) skilled workers pursuant to Section 18a of the Residence Act (AufenthG) or Section 18b of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
EU Blue Card for skilled workers pursuant to Section 18g of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
Residence permit for vocational training (Berufsausbildung), university studies, or study preparation pursuant to Section 16a or Section 16b of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
Residence permit for freelancers and artists pursuant to Section 21 (5) of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
Residence permit for self-employed entrepreneurs pursuant to Section 21 (1) of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
Residence permit for family members of German nationals pursuant to Section 28 of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
Settlement permit (permanent residence permit) pursuant to Section 9 of the Residence Act (AufenthG) or pursuant to Section 18c of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
Long-term residence / EU pursuant to Section 9a of the Residence Act (AufenthG)
-
Residence cards for family members of EU citizens
In the field of nationality law, I handle proceedings in the following areas:
-
Naturalization (Einbürgerung)
-
Recognition of German citizenship
If you apply for asylum, I will prepare you for your interview at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. If you have already received a negative decision, I will represent you in the court proceedings. In asylum law, my focus is particularly on representing LGBTQ+ people.
I can also advise you if you would like to apply for another humanitarian residence permit or a residence permit for a vocational training after an asylum procedure.
